KT Surfing Shipping Policy - What you need to know.

KT Surfing delivers your order directly to your home without any detours. Valid on orders shipped in Spain, (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, France, and Germany.

Dispatch timeframes and shipping rates - What to expect.

How long does it take to dispatch you order and How much does shipping cost?
In-stock surfboards are prepared and dispatched within one (1) business day following order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note: These are only estimated delivery times. They are provided as a guideline and may be subject to variation due to local conditions, public holidays, or peak seasonal demand. Additional delays may be experienced during the Christmas and Easter periods.

Order receipt and inspection - How to check your delivery.

How is my Receipt and Inspection of Goods on the arrival?
Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting the shipment and its contents without delay.

If the packaging shows visible signs of severe damage at the time of delivery, the customer may refuse acceptance. In such cases, the shipment will be returned to KT Surfing for verification.

Any missing items, incorrect products, or damage to the goods must be reported to KT Surfing within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt at info@ktsurfing.com.

Failure to notify within this timeframe may affect the ability to process claims.

FAQs

1. Which countries does KT Surfing ship to?

We currently ship to these European countries: Spain, Portugal, France and Germany. Please Note, we are unable to deliver to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

2. Are surfboard orders subject to shipping charges?

KT Surfing offers free standard shipping on qualified orders within the defined delivery area. Conditions and eligibility are outlined in the sections above. 

3. When can I expect to receive my tracking information?

Within the next 72h after your order confirmation. You will receive an email confirming that your package is on its way to your home. This email will include a link to track your package.

4. What should I do if my order confirmation email has not been received?

Once your purchase order is confirmed. We will automatically send you and email. Please, check your Spam folder.

5. Is it possible to modify my delivery address after placing my order?

We can change the address of an order while it is being prepared in our warehouses. Once the order is ready for dispatch or in the hands of the forwarder, we can no longer change the address. For any order modification, our support team is available at info@ktsurfing.com.

6. How do I schedule a delivery appointment for my order?

Once your order arrives at the local distribution warehouse, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a confirmed delivery date and time.

KT Surfing Returns

At KT Surfing, we want you to enjoy your purchase, which is why we offer online purchases a 14-day window for returns using your right of withdrawal. 

In accordance with legal provisions in force, specifically Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 updated by Ley 3/2014 of the Spanish Consumer Code, Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios.  

Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original, unused condition and complete with all supplied components, including fins and any accompanying accessories. Incomplete or used returns will not qualify.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in perfect condition: unused. And complete , with the fins and accessories included with the surfboard. This is mandatory.

With its original product packaging and tags intact. If you are missing the product packaging or tags, please contact us at info@ktsurfing.com, before sending the return, as it may be rejected.

Please make sure that the products you return are complete (e.g. fins and accessories included with the surfboard) and not used.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, you must submit a written request to info@ktsurfing.com, including the order number, the item subject to return, and the reason for the return. KT Surfing will assess each request individually and provide a response within five (5) business days.

Return Shipping & Associated Costs

Please be aware that any costs involved in the return process — including shipping, taxes, customs and duties — are not covered by KT Surfing and must be paid by the customer. If we are charged any of these costs on your behalf, the amount will be taken from your refund.

Customer Responsibilities.

KT Surfing strongly suggest sending your return with a tracked and insured shipping service. Please keep in mind that the item remains your responsibility until it is received by KT Surfing. Before shipping, make sure to check the export and import regulations in your country, as meeting any customs requirements is the customer's responsibility.

Return Address

All returns must be clearly labelled with the customer's full name and order number and shipped to the address provided by KT Surfing upon return approval.

1. Returns are not eligible on custom surfboard orders.

2. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in perfect condition: unused. Please, check detailed info above.

3. Returns must be initiated with us within fourteen, 14, days of delivery of the product to you.

4. We do not accept returns for items purchased through other channels such as third party retailers and independent websites.

5. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the return product has been received and inspected.

6. KT Surfing reserves the right to, in its discretion, refuse a return if it does not meet the criteria within these terms and conditions.

7. There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops. 

8. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

FAQs

How is a collection appointment arranged for my return?
Once your return has been approved, our team will arrange collection with the assigned carrier. You will be contacted directly to schedule a convenient pick-up date and time.

What would be refunded and how long will it take to get my money back?
After you complete a drop-off or pick-up of return item, it may take some time arrive to our warehouse. Once we receive the item(s), we will verify and inspect the item(s) against the expected product(s) and quantity in your return request.

If we do not receive the expected product(s) and quantity as submitted by you in your return request, or if the item(s) are not in original condition or missing parts, we will deduct this from your refund.
 
Such a refund will be provided after we process your returned item at our facilities. It can take up to 15 business days for us to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.

The amount refunded for returned items may be lower if, for example, the item is visibly used or damaged, or if parts, are missing. 

Please note, return shipping cost for products purchased online are not free, meaning these costs will be deducted from your initial payment.
